Our beach, called “Cala Purgatorio” is enclosed in a lovely inlet, within the MPA – Marine Protected Area of Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo, which protects 15000 hectares of sea and 40km of coastal territories among the most beautiful in Sardinia.
It is a cove with sand and, to the side, rocks, where the sea descends degrading.
The beach has a clear sandy beach with shades of gold, the water is crystal clear, and the sea has spectacular shades.
The access is direct from the village, it can be easily reached by foot (in a few minutes) after a short walk of 300 meters in the middle of nature, with buggies or by bicycle.
The beach is free and not equipped and, even though it is an area of naturalistic and environmental interest, it is possible to fish (always in compliance with current regulations).
