    General terms and conditions

    CHECKIN: from 4.00pm

     CHECK OUT: within 09.30am

    Payment methods: 30% via bank transfer as soon as you book. Final payment has to be made the day of your arrival choosing among:

    • Cash – the total amount must be within the current tax legislation criteria;
    • Credit card or ATM card – VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO are accepted;
    • Bank transfer made 2 days before your arrival.

    In case of a delayed arrival or an advance departure, it will be charged the whole booked period even if not used. Moreover, your reservation will be cancelled the 2° day after the beginning of it.

    The deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your booking.

    If the cancellation is made 30 days before the day of arrival, you are charged for 50% of the final payment. Any changes to dates, if accepted by the management, will be subject to a payment of €25.00 for secretery costs.

    All prices refer to the daily rate, regardless the time of your arrival. The day of departure will be charged if you leave after 09.30am.

    Linen rental is possible either when you book: 18.00 euro per person (bedroom sheets + bath towel + spare ones if asked).

    Pets: According to regulations, it is allowed only one pet (NO CATS) if it is specified in your reservation: small or medium size and less than 15kg. In this case there will be an additional charge of 50.00 euro in the final cleaning fee. Animals regulation is available in the section FAQ of the holiday village website.

    Registration: As soon as you are registered you will be given an identification bracelet that has to be worn during your stay.

    Security deposit: The arrival day you have to pay 100,00euro as security deposit that will be returned to you the day of your departure, after a bungalow check (only CASH, no credit or ATM cards). Breakages, missing stuff, and extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

    Final cleaning: “Final cleaning” means cleaning the bungalow to sanitise it. However, the bungalow must be left as clean and orderly as your arrival to the holiday village: kitchen area,  fridge, rubbish thrown in specific bins, etc… Otherwise these will be considered as extra cleaning and withholding penalty from your security deposit.

    Bungalow assignment: the management will assign you a bungalow, which cannot be changed because of one’s own preference as well as approval.

    Tourist Tax: not included and to be paied at arrival

    Water supply: the public administration provides both quantity and requirements of water supply. Calacavallo Holiday Village is exonerated from any responsibilities.

    The supervisor of processing personal data is the legal administrator of L’Isuledda srl company, legal head office in Carate Brianza, Via Magenta n°3.
